Position: Dispatch Officer
Location: Silvassa

Responsibilities - Handle daily dispatch operations and ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Prepare invoices, E-way bills, delivery challans, and dispatch documentation.
- Coordinate with transporters, warehouse, and production departments.
- Monitor loading/unloading activities and maintain dispatch records.
- Track shipments and ensure on-time deliveries to customers.
- Perform dispatch entries, stock transfers, and inventory transactions in SAP ERP.
- Generate MIS reports and maintain accurate dispatch data.
- Knowledge of dispatch, logistics, and inventory management.
- Hands-on experience in SAP (MM/SD Module) and MS Excel.
- Familiarity with E-way bill generation and invoicing.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
