Job Summary
Position: Dispatch Officer. Location: Vapi. Experience: 1-2 years. Industries: Packaging.
Responsibilities - Receive and process dispatch orders from the sales/HO.
- Coordinate with dispatch packing staff to ensure timely packing, and preparation of goods for dispatch.
- Plan daily dispatch schedules and ensure that all deliveries are completed within the stipulated time frame.
- Track the movement of goods in transit and provide real-time updates to the concerned departments/HO.
- Monitor and address any delays, issues, or discrepancies related to dispatch operations.
- Maintain accurate records of dispatched goods, packing slips and invoices.
- Assist in inventory checks and reconciliation of dispatch-related stock.
- Communicate with HO regarding delivery schedules and resolve any queries or complaints related to dispatch.
- Ensure that all dispatch activities comply with company policies, safety regulations, and legal requirements.
- Must be excellent in written and spoken English; net savvy and adept at computer skills;
