Dispatch Officer

Job Summary Responsibilities

• Manage daily dispatch planning, scheduling, and coordination.
• Coordinate with production, warehouse, transporters, and customers for timely dispatch.
• Prepare and verify invoices, delivery challans, e-way bills, and other dispatch documents.
• Handle dispatch entries and documentation in Tally ERP/Tally Prime.
• Coordinate with transporters for vehicle arrangement and shipment tracking.
• Maintain dispatch records, stock movement, and MIS reports.
• Ensure proper packing, loading, quantity verification, and documentation before dispatch.
• Handle dispatch-related discrepancies and customer/transport queries

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of Tally ERP/Tally Prime and MS Excel.
• Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills
