Position: Dispatch & Logistics Officer

Qualification: Graduate
Experience: 25 Years
Preferred: Candidates from Fabrication / Engineering / Manufacturing Industry

Key Responsibilities

• Sales invoice booking and dispatch-related documentation.
• Preparation of GRN (Goods Receipt Note).
• Preparation and booking of Credit Notes.
• Coordination with transporters for vehicle placement and material movement.
• Coordination with Stores, Accounts, Production and other concerned departments.
• Prepare and maintain packing lists, delivery challans and dispatch records.
• Track dispatches and ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain transporter records and dispatch-related MIS in MS Excel.
• Ensure accuracy of material, quantity and documentation before dispatch.
• Handle transport-related delays and follow up for timely delivery.
• Prepare professional emails and maintain proper records.
