Dispatch Incharge

We are looking for an experienced Dispatch Incharge to oversee finished goods inventory, stock movement, storage, and dispatch. The candidate will maintain inventory accuracy, ensure damage-free loading, optimize storage space, and implement 5S practices.

• Finished Goods Inventory
• Manage receipt, verification, ERP/CRM updation, movement and reconciliation of finished goods.
• Conduct periodic stock verification and resolve discrepancies.

• Dispatch & Loading
• Supervise accurate, damage-free and space-efficient container loading.
• Coordinate with dispatch/logistics for timely shipments.

• Gate Pass & Documentation
• Prepare gate passes and verify invoices, quantities and dispatch documents.
• Maintain dispatch records.

• Store Layout & 5S
• Ensure optimum space utilization, stock segregation, 5S, safety and housekeeping.

Team Management

• Train and develop the team on inventory, ERP/CRM, 5S and safety.

• Qualification & Skills
• Graduate with 3-5 Years in experience as dispatch supervisor in manufacturing set up
