Dispatch Executive

EXECUTIVE DISPATCH

Role

Manage store, inventory, material movement and dispatch operations. Ensure accurate stock records, timely dispatches and proper documentation as per company procedures and SAP/system.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage store and inventory, including material receipt, storage, issue and stock reconciliation.
  • Plan and coordinate daily dispatches as per customer requirements.
  • Prepare and verify dispatch documents such as Delivery Challan, Invoice, E-Way Bill and Packing List.
  • Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Quality, Sales and Logistics teams.
  • Handle transporter coordination and dispatch tracking.
  • Maintain records and transactions in SAP/system.
  • Conduct physical stock verification and cycle counts.
  • Ensure FIFO/FEFO, material identification and traceability.
  • Maintain store discipline, 5S, documentation and safety standards.
  Education
  

Graduate / Diploma (Any Stream)

Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations or a related field will be an added advantage.

Experience

5–8 Years of experience in Store / Warehouse / Inventory / Dispatch operations, preferably in manufacturing or automotive industry.
