Dispatch Executive

Role & responsibilities:

• Prepare and execute daily vehicle dispatch plans.
• Ensure buses are dispatched as per scheduled departure times.
• Allocate vehicles and drivers according to operational requirements.
• Monitor vehicle movement through GPS and fleet tracking systems.
• Coordinate route changes, diversions, and emergency dispatch requirements.
• Maintain dispatch records, trip sheets, and vehicle allocation logs.
