Responsibilities - Plan, organize, and execute daily dispatch activities
- Ensure timely delivery of finished goods to customers
- Coordinate with production, warehouse, and logistics teams
- Prepare dispatch documentation (invoices, e-way bills, delivery challans, etc.)
- Monitor transportation and resolve delivery issues
- Maintain dispatch records and inventory movement logs
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards
- Handle transporter negotiations and scheduling
- Track shipments and provide status updates to stakeholders
- Strong knowledge of dispatch and logistics operations in the packaging industry
- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Tally)
- Understanding of inventory management and documentation
