Job Purpose

To manage the day-to-day dispatch operations of textile and garment products, ensuring accurate order processing, proper documentation, timely shipment, inventory coordination, and smooth delivery to stores, dealers, distributors, and customers.

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of dispatch, warehouse and logistics operations.
• Experience in textile, garment, retail, wholesale or FMCG industry preferred.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and ERP systems.
• Knowledge of invoices, delivery challans, e-way bills and dispatch documentation.
• Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
• Good numerical and data-handling ability.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet daily dispatch deadlines.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Educational Qualification

Graduate / Diploma in any relevant discipline.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• 1–5 years of experience in dispatch, warehouse, logistics or supply-chain operations.
• Candidates from Textile, Garments, Apparel, Retail, Wholesale or FMCG industries preferred.
• Experience handling high-volume dispatches to multiple stores/dealers will be an advantage.
• Working knowledge of ERP + MS Excel is preferred.
