Dispatch Executive

Responsible for overseeing the efficient receipt, storage and dispatch of raw materials; ensuring complete maintenance of stock levels and provide assistance to production team with timely supplies. The role is also responsible for coordinating the transport operations within and outside the organisation. Stores Management • Ensure adequate stock levels at all times to meet the production requirement by working closely with Purchase department.
• Work with the purchase team to prepare purchase budgets, perform vendor evaluation (based on pre-determined criteria).
• Work closely with QA team to understand and verify expected quality parameters of incoming material. Basis on which, accept, reject consignments.
• Maintain stock inflow/outflow mechanism.
• Maintain complete and updated records of stock inwards and outwards by creating a dashboard of all the materials.
• Perform preliminary planning for procurement, stock keeping and stock management
• Maintain control over inventory levels by conducting physical count and updating the dashboard on daily basis.
• Ensure compliance to audit requirements for reconciliation of stocks.
