Dispatch Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Verify POs, item rates, and tax details in J Track.
• Generate sales orders and delivery challans as per POs.
• Coordinate local and outstation material dispatches.
• Follow up with couriers and track shipment deliveries.
• Monitor loading and dispatch activities.
• Verify physical stock and maintain inward/outward registers.
• Collect DRS copies for materials delivered to outstation sites.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of inventory, dispatch, and PO processes.
• Good Excel/computer knowledge.
• Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills.
• Good communication skills.
