Job Summary

We are looking for a Dispatch Executive with 3u20135 years of experience in Chemical and Mattress Foam Manufacturing Industry. The candidate will be responsible for dispatch planning, logistics coordination, dispatch documentation, transporter follow-up, and ensuring timely delivery of finished goods.

Key Responsibilities

Dispatch Logistics

• Manage dispatch of finished goods and production materials.

• Coordinate with transporters for timely vehicle arrangement and delivery.

• Ensure on-time dispatch as per delivery schedules.

• Monitor loading, unloading, and shipment movement.

Documentation

• Prepare Delivery Challans, E-way Bills, Invoices, and dispatch documents.

• Maintain dispatch records and update ERP / SAP / Tally systems.

• Verify material quantity and dispatch details before shipment.

Coordination

• Coordinate with Production, Stores, Sales, QA/QC, and Logistics teams.

• Follow up with transporters and customers regarding delivery status.

• Track pending dispatches and ensure timely deliveries.

Inventory Compliance

• Monitor finished goods stock for dispatch planning.

• Ensure proper Packing, labelling, and safe transportation of materials.

• Follow company dispatch procedures and compliance requirements.

Required Skills

• Knowledge of Dispatch, Logistics, and Inventory Coordination

• Experience in dispatch documentation and transporter coordination

• Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP / SAP / Tally

• Good communication, coordination, and follow-up skills

• Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple dispatches

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Experience in Chemical, Foam, Mattress, or Manufacturing Industry preferred

• Knowledge of logistics and dispatch procedures

• Strong coordination and organizational skills
