Fleet Operative

• Manage daily fleet operations and driver coordination
• Track trips, deliveries, and vehicle performance
• Coordinate vehicle maintenance, repairs & workshops
• Manage and follow up on vehicle damages and related issues
• Handle operational issues and escalations
• Maintain reports, records & operational documentation
• Good English communication + MS Excel/MS Office skills
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts

Dispatch Executive

• Plan and monitor daily vehicle dispatches & delivery schedules
• Coordinate with drivers for timely pickups and deliveries
• Track vehicle movement and shipment status
• Communicate delivery updates with customers and internal teams
• Handle delays, route changes & delivery exceptions
• 12 years of logistics/dispatch experience required
• Fluent English, coordination & problem-solving skills
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word & tracking systems

Preferred Candidates

• Experience in Logistics, Fleet Operations, Transportation or Dispatch
• Experience in vehicle/fleet management, maintenance or damage handling is preferred
• Experience coordinating with drivers, vendors and internal teams
• Exposure to international logistics, Amazon, last-mile or delivery operations is a plus
• English communication, coordination and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and rotational shifts
• Candidates currently based in Gurugram or willing to relocate
