Dishwasher

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Dishwasher to join our team at Bulls and Bears Bistro. The ideal candidate will have 4-9 years of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a similar role.

• Manage and maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen environment.
• Operate and maintain dish washing machines efficiently to ensure timely service delivery.
• Collaborate with other kitchen staff to prepare and cook dishes according to customer requirements.
• Ensure all food items are stored properly and handled safely.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to customer inquiries.

• Proven experience as a Dishwasher or in a related field within the hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, including food preparation and cooking techniques.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with customers and colleagues.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods of time.
