Location: Andheri West, Mumbai

Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Last Saturdays Off)

Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM

Job Overview We are looking for an Accounts Executive to join our Finance team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of accounting processes, financial transactions, statutory compliances, and personal account management.

The candidate should have knowledge of PMS (Portfolio Management Services) and Stock Market operations along with proficiency in Tally ERP/Tally Prime.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day accounting activities, including data entry and maintenance of financial records.
• Manage and maintain the Directors personal accounts and financial transactions with complete confidentiality and accuracy.
• Prepare and file GST Returns and TDS Returns.
• Perform bank reconciliation and ensure accuracy of financial transactions.
• Manage vendor payments and other financial obligations.
• Assist in preparation of financial reports, including Cash Flow Statements and Balance Sheets.
• Maintain and track PMS (Portfolio Management Services) related records and transactions.
• Have a basic understanding of Stock Market transactions, investments, and related financial activities. Maintain accounting records using Tally ERP/Tally Prime.

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 3 year of experience in accounting preferred.
• Graduation is mandatory.
• Hands-on experience with Tally ERP/Tally Prime is required.
• Knowledge of GST, TDS, accounting principles, PMS, and Stock Market is preferred.
• Ability to handle confidential financial information, especially related to the Director’s personal accounts. Good analytical skills and attention to detail.
