Roles and Responsibilities :

• Oversee the clearing operations team to ensure timely and accurate trade settlements.
• Manage corporate actions processing, including announcements, notifications, and confirmations.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements for capital markets operations and trade life cycle management.
• Develop strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce risk in trade processing
•  Candidate should have handled minimum of -100+ FTE.

Job Requirements :

• 12-30 years of experience in banking or financial services industry.
• Strong understanding of capital market operations, clearing operations, and trade settlements.
• Proven track record in managing teams responsible for corporate actions processing.
