Director - Taxation | Leading Financial Services Co.

- To lead Financial Services engagements, drive client relationships, deliver advisory across fund structuring, transactions & regulatory matters.
- Independently manage tax litigation matters up to CIT (Appeals)

Required Candidate profile

- CA with 10+ years of experience in taxation; prior experience in Big 4 or professional services firms is must.
- Proven expertise in fund taxation, transaction tax, litigation & transfer pricing.
