Key Responsibilities:

- Formulate and execute comprehensive corporate strategies to expand our market footprint and improve service delivery across all healthcare facilities.

- Lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects by defining clear milestones and resource allocation to ensure timely delivery of strategic initiatives.

- Drive process excellence by auditing current operational workflows and implementing lean methodologies to reduce costs and enhance patient outcomes.

- Utilize advanced data analytics to provide actionable business intelligence to senior leadership, enabling informed decision-making on investments and expansion.

- Manage diverse internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment on strategic goals and fostering a culture of collaboration across clinical and non-clinical teams.

- Spearhead change management programs to ensure seamless adoption of new technologies and operational processes across the organization.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated expertise in strategy consulting and corporate strategy, with a proven track record of translating complex business problems into actionable operational roadmaps.

- Exceptional proficiency in project management and process excellence, with the ability to lead large-scale transformations within a fast-paced healthcare environment.

- Strong analytical mindset, capable of synthesizing large datasets into clear, strategic narratives for executive-level stakeholders.

- Advanced interpersonal and communication skills, necessary for navigating complex organizational hierarchies and influencing senior leadership.

- Proven ability to manage change in high-pressure environments, ensuring team alignment and operational continuity during organizational shifts.

- A postgraduate degree from a premier business school is highly preferred, reflecting a strong foundation in general management principles.

- Ability to thrive in an on-site work environment in Navi Mumbai, maintaining a hands-on approach to operational oversight and team mentorship.

- Candidates must possess up to 15 years of relevant professional experience, within the healthcare or management consulting sectors.
