We are seeking a seasoned global consulting leader with deep expertise indeal shaping, transformational consulting sales, and large-scale business process transformation. The ideal candidate brings a proven track record of leading multi-million-dollar engagements, shaping and closing complex consulting and BPO deals, and driving enterprise-wide change inManufacturing, supply chain, and strategic sourcing operations. This senior leadership role demands exceptional executive presence, the ability to align cross-functional stakeholders, and a passion for building high-performance teams while delivering measurable business outcomes for Fortune 500 clients, with a focus on US and EMEA regions.
Key Responsibilities
- Leadconsulting, deal shaping and sales, crafting client-aligned, transformational engagements in sourcing procurement domains.
- Spearheadclient-focused consulting and BPO engagements, from solution design to commercial execution for multi-million-dollar contracts.
- Design and implementinternational procurement services and governance modelsacross global organizations, primarily US and EMEA operations.
- Drivebusiness process transformation initiativesin procurement sourcing, optimizing end-to-end operations.
- Develop, review, and negotiateStatements of Work (SOWs)and governance frameworks to ensure alignment and compliance.
- Overseestrategic sourcing initiatives, including RFP/RFQ development, vendor evaluation, selection, and high-stakes negotiations.
- Conductorganizational due diligence, redesign, and restructuringto enhance efficiency and scalability.
- Build and nurturetrusted relationshipswith C-suite, VP, and Director-level stakeholders.
- Lead, mentor, and develophigh-performance consulting teams, championing training during periods of organizational change.
- Supportstrategic planning, business case development, and executive decision-makingfor transformative initiatives.
Required Skills Expertise:

Education, Certifications Preferences:
