We are seeking a Director, Solution Center India to lead a critical organization within our global Channel business. This executive leadership role offers the opportunity to shape the future of our India Solution Center, driving operational excellence, organizational growth, and transformative business outcomes while partnering with senior leaders across the globe.
As a member of the global leadership team, you will play a key role in translating enterprise strategy into execution, building scalable capabilities, and creating an inclusive, high-performing culture that empowers teams and delivers exceptional customer value.
What You''ll Do
Shape Strategy and Drive Business Impact
- Develop and execute the vision, strategy, operating model, and capability roadmap for the India Solution Center.
- Align regional execution with global business priorities and customer needs.
- Lead strategic initiatives that enhance customer experience, commercial growth, and organizational effectiveness.
- Identify opportunities to expand capabilities, improve efficiency, and support long-term business success.
- Drive performance across customer experience, service quality, productivity, utilization, and financial metrics.

What We''re Looking For
Experience
- Bachelor''s degree in Business, Engineering, Technology, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 15+ years of progressive leadership experience within global services, customer solutions, consulting, operations, or technology environments.
- Proven experience leading large, complex, multidisciplinary organisations through senior leaders.
- Demonstrated success in business transformation, operational excellence, and organisational change.
- Strong financial and business management expertise, including budgeting, forecasting, workforce planning, and performance management.
- Experience building leadership capability and succession pipelines.
- Strategic thinker who can translate vision into execution.
- Exceptional leader who inspires, develops, and retains high-performing teams.
- Global mindset with experience working across cultures, regions, and matrix organisations.
