Senior Project Manager - RCM Analytics

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead our Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) analytics initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of RCM processes and analytics, with a proven track record in service delivery and stakeholder management. This role requires a strategic thinker who can drive performance improvements and ensure client satisfaction through effective governance and analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the RCM analytics operating model, including tower roadmap, delivery performance, and client governance.
• Lead analytics for eligibility, authorization, charge capture, clean claims, denials, accounts receivable (AR), and collections.
• Govern payer, reimbursement, coding-quality, and revenue-leakage insights.
• Build domain expertise in analytics, engineering, business intelligence (BI), audit, and data quality capabilities.
• Separate analytics responsibilities from transactional RCM operations unless explicitly contracted.

Experience and Capability Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in US healthcare revenue cycle, RCM analytics, or provider financial operations.
• Experience leading large delivery organizations and transformation programs.
• Data-led mindset with strong client and commercial credibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Relevant certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, Six Sigma) are a plus.
