Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to lead our Hospital Operations Analytics team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for owning the operational analytics roadmap and ensuring effective service delivery across various hospital functions. This role requires a deep understanding of healthcare operations, analytics, and the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams effectively.

• Own the hospital operational analytics roadmap and ensure timely delivery of analytics projects.
• Lead analytics initiatives focused on beds, queues, throughput, operating rooms, workforce, and clinical assets.
• Develop operational scorecards, forecasting, and decision-support products to enhance hospital performance.
• Align analytics with hospital workflows while maintaining clear operational accountability boundaries.
• Build domain expertise in analytics, engineering, and business intelligence capabilities across the organization.

• 15+ years of experience in hospital operations analytics, healthcare operations, or operational excellence.
• Proven experience leading multidisciplinary analytics teams.
• Strong stakeholder management skills across clinical and administrative functions.
• Deep understanding of capacity, flow, workforce, and resource utilization metrics.
• Service delivery expertise with a focus on operational excellence.

• Experience in developing and implementing operational scorecards and project forecasting tools.
• Familiarity with healthcare analytics tools and methodologies.
• Ability to communicate complex analytics concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in quality, risk, and governance disciplines within healthcare settings.

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Master's degree preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to develop leadership teams and foster a collaborative work environment.
• Commercial and operational judgment to drive strategic decisions.
