Director - Sales

Job Description:

We're looking for a Sales Director to help shape the next phase of growth at Aelum Consulting.

This is far more than a leadership hire.

This role will influence how we grow, how we engage with customers, and how we build a scalable revenue engine for the future.

I'm looking for someone who doesn't just manage a sales function but creates momentum, opens new markets, builds lasting customer relationships, and helps define what great looks like as we continue to scale.

Someone who:

- Has personally opened new logos and created opportunities where none existed.

- Has carried and delivered a significant revenue target.

- Understands that pipeline is not a CRM report; it's conversations, relationships, persistence, and execution.

- Has sold enterprise technology services, digital transformation, ServiceNow, Salesforce, SAP, Oracle, or similar solutions.

- Is comfortable engaging with CXOs, challenging customer thinking, and navigating complex buying cycles.

- Can build a sales engine, not just contribute to one.

- Thrives in a growth environment where ownership matters more than hierarchy.

This role is not about maintaining the status quo.

It is about helping shape the next phase of growth for Aelum.

Why join us?

A company with real momentum, strong leadership commitment, growing global presence, and the opportunity to build something meaningful.

You'll have the freedom to influence strategy, drive revenue, and create lasting impact.
