NDS InfoServ is a technology and BPO solutions company focused exclusively on the US healthcare market. We build AI-driven Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) solutions that deliver measurably higher value to our clients - and we're expanding our US sales leadership.

The Role

As Sales Director, you'll own new-business growth across our target US healthcare segments:

- Build and lead a high-performing business development team

- Design and execute go-to-market strategies that generate interest across the prospect universe

- Present our AI-powered RCM value proposition to CXO and senior finance leaders

- Own the full sales cycle and consistently achieve revenue targets

This position may require occasional travel to the US.

What You Bring

- 10+ years of B2B business development experience in the US market

- A proven track record of closing enterprise deals and exceeding targets

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- MBA with a specialization in Sales & Marketing from a leading business school

- Proficiency with LinkedIn and Salesforce

- Healthcare or RCM experience is a strong plus

- Compensation: Attractive base salary + performance-based incentive plan, potential to earn 50 to 75 LPA

- Location: Andheri (West), Mumbai(Relocation Required)
