We are seeking a seasoned and strategic leader to join our Pune office as the Director of Sales & Global Alliances. In this high-impact role, you will spearhead our growth trajectory by driving complex solutions and consulting sales across global markets. You will operate at the intersection of business strategy and client engagement, working closely with C-suite stakeholders, internal delivery teams, and global partners to architect high-value IT infrastructure solutions. Your primary mandate is to expand our market footprint, cultivate long-term strategic partnerships, and ensure our service offerings align with the evolving digital transformation needs of our enterprise clients. By leading high-performing sales teams, you will directly influence our revenue growth and solidify our position as a preferred partner in the IT services landscape.

- Hiring for an engineering and technology solutions company specialising in IoT and Industrial IoT (IIoT).

Looking for sales and business development leaders with:

- Minimum 10 years of experience in relevant industries.

- Proven experience selling IoT/IIoT solutions or related engineering services.

- A strong track record in new business acquisition and growing existing accounts.

- Experience managing enterprise customers and strategic partnerships.

Candidates currently based in Pune or Mumbai are preferred.
