Role Summary

Lead the end-to-end delivery of large-scale mixed-use, township, and commercial projects, ensuring successful execution within schedule, budget, quality, and safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for project planning, design, construction, and handover.
• Manage clients, consultants, contractors, and project teams.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, risks, and overall performance.
• Drive project governance, stakeholder management, and decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, contractual, and regulatory requirements.
• Lead commercial management, change control, and value engineering initiatives.
• Prepare and present project progress reports to senior stakeholders.
