Title And Summary Director, Product Development Role Summary Leads ALM platform product development and delivery, driving roadmap progress, cross-functional alignment, and measurable business outcomes. - Assist in defining and driving product strategy and roadmap across ALM platform capabilities
- Align product priorities with objectives, regional needs, and revenue goals
- Evaluate and inform trade-off decisions across business value, technical complexity, and risk ________________________________________ Portfolio Delivery Leadership
- Own execution across multiple initiatives, workstreams, or product domains
- Ensure alignment across engineering, architecture, operations, and regional teams
- Manage delivery risks, dependencies, and escalations across programs ________________________________________ Cross-Functional Leadership & Influence
- Lead alignment across Product, Engineering, Core Payments, Billing, Compliance, and regional stakeholders
- Influence decision-making across senior stakeholders and partners
- Represent the product domain in cross-functional discussions ________________________________________ Executive Communication & Governance
- Own executive-level communications, updates, and product positioning
- Inform business cases, investment justification, and roadmap narratives
