Director Physical Education

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement effective physical education programs for students, focusing on teamwork, communication, and sportsmanship.
• Coach teams to achieve their goals, providing guidance on technique, strategy, and mental preparation.
• Collaborate with teachers to integrate physical education into the curriculum, ensuring alignment with school values and objectives.
• Organize extracurricular activities such as tournaments, meets, and events that promote student engagement and wellness.

Job Requirements :

• 0-5 years of experience in teaching or coaching physical education or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of various sports rules, techniques, and strategies (e.g., basketball, soccer).
• Excellent communication skills for effective team coaching and mentoring.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
