Director - Performance Growth - Laser Category

About the Role

YES MADAM is looking for a Director - Performance Growth- to lead the growth charter for our -Laser Category.

This is a leadership role responsible for owning the entire demand generation and growth agenda for the category, including customer acquisition, revenue growth, retention, and marketing efficiency. You will work closely with the Founders to define growth strategy, manage marketing investments, and build scalable growth engines for the business.

This role is exclusively focused on category growth and demand generation and does not involve any operational task.

Key Responsibilities

- Own the end-to-end growth strategy for the Laser category.

- Lead and mentor the Performance Marketing, CRM, and Growth teams to achieve business objectives.

- Drive customer acquisition, revenue growth, retention, and customer lifetime value (LTV).

- Own performance marketing across Meta, Google, and other digital channels.

- Manage marketing budgets and optimize CAC, ROAS, MER, ROI, and conversion rates.

- Build data-driven growth strategies through experimentation, analytics, and funnel optimization.

- Collaborate with Product, Brand, Tech, Analytics, and Finance teams to execute growth initiatives.

- Present business performance, growth insights, and strategic recommendations directly to the Founders.

Ideal Candidate

- 8+ years of experience in Growth, Performance Marketing, or Digital Growth, with 3-5 years of team leadership experience.

- Proven success in scaling D2C, Consumer Tech, Marketplace, Beauty, Wellness, or E-commerce businesses.

- Strong expertise in Performance Marketing, Growth Analytics, CRM, Retention, and Budget Management.

- A strategic leader with a hands-on execution mindset and experience building and managing high-performing growth teams.
