Director of Spa &Wellness Operations

The Director Operations (India) will lead the strategic and operational performance of the Spa & Wellness business across India, driving service excellence, commercial growth, operational efficiency, and consistent brand standards across all India locations.

The role requires hands-on experience in spa and wellness operations, with strong practical knowledge of therapies, treatments, service protocols, day-to-day operational procedures, service standards, guest experience, and effective team coordination.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Spa & Wellness operations across multiple locations.
• Drive revenue, profitability, budgeting, and cost optimization.
• Deliver exceptional guest experience and service quality.
• Lead, mentor, and develop operational teams.
• Grow treatment, retail, membership, and wellness revenue.
• Ensure brand, health & safety, and statutory compliance.
• Support new spa openings and business expansion.
• Track KPIs and work with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, Wellness, Operations, or related field (Postgraduate preferred).
• Minimum 5 years' experience managing multiple locations.
• Hands-on experience in spa and wellness operations, with strong knowledge of therapies, treatments, service standards, guest experience, and team coordination.
• Strong P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and revenue management skills.
• Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
• Excellent commercial, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with pre-openings or business expansion is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of luxury service and guest experience standards.
• Willingness to travel across India as required.
