Director of Sales Marketing

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the annual Sales & Marketing strategy in line with business objectives.
• Achieve room revenue, banquet, catering, and ancillary revenue targets.
• Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with corporate, MICE, travel trade, government, and leisure clients.
• Lead, mentor, and monitor the Sales & Marketing team to achieve individual and departmental KPIs.
• Drive business through key accounts, RFPs, contracts, and strategic partnerships.
• Prepare and manage sales forecasts, budgets, and revenue plans.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to develop effective sales strategies.
• Collaborate with Revenue Management to optimize pricing, occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, and overall profitability.
• Oversee digital marketing, brand promotions, public relations, and marketing campaigns in coordination with the Corporate Marketing team.
• Represent the hotel at trade shows, exhibitions, networking events, and client engagements.
• Ensure exceptional service standards and maintain strong guest and client relationships.
• Prepare periodic sales reports, business forecasts, and performance reviews for management.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• 10–15 years of experience in Sales & Marketing, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role within luxury hospitality.
