Job Overview

ACHNET Inc is seeking a strategic, visionary, and results-driven Director of Marketing to lead our marketing initiatives for both the Indian and global HR technology markets. In this executive leadership role, you will be responsible for shaping our brand identity, driving customer acquisition, and accelerating market penetration worldwide. The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of the HR tech landscape, a proven track record of scaling B2B SaaS marketing engines across diverse geographies, and exceptional leadership capabilities to guide high-performing marketing teams.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and execute comprehensive global and regional marketing strategies aligned with ACHNET Inc's business objectives and revenue targets.
2. Lead, mentor, and expand a multidisciplinary marketing team covering demand generation, product marketing, content strategy, brand communications, and digital marketing.
3. Spearhead multi-channel campaigns tailored to both the Indian and international HR tech markets to drive pipeline growth and customer acquisition.
4. Collaborate closely with the sales, product, and executive leadership teams to define go-to-market strategies for new product features and enterprise solutions.
5. Establish robust analytics and KPIs to measure marketing ROI, optimize conversion funnels, and present performance metrics to senior stakeholders.
6. Oversee the global brand positioning, ensuring consistent messaging across all digital touchpoints, industry events, and PR channels.
7. Build strategic partnerships and leverage industry influencers to elevate ACHNET Inc's market presence and thought leadership in the HR technology sector.

Educational Qualifications

1. MBA with a specialization in Marketing or Strategy is highly preferred.

Must-Have Skills

1. Minimum 12+ years of progressive marketing experience, with a significant focus on the HR tech or B2B SaaS industry.
2. Demonstrated success in leading marketing campaigns across both the Indian domestic market and global markets (US, EMEA, APAC).
3. Proven expertise in demand generation, account-based marketing (ABM), digital marketing, and content marketing strategies.
4. Strong leadership skills with experience building, managing, and inspiring cross-functional, remote marketing teams.
5. Exceptional analytical skills with deep proficiency in marketing automation platforms, CRM tools, and data analytics.
6. Outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with fluency in English.

Good-to-Have Skills

1. Experience launching new HR tech products or HR software solutions into competitive enterprise markets.
2. Existing network of media contacts, industry analysts, and influencers within the global HR and recruitment ecosystem.
