As Director of Consulting, you own client outcomes, portfolio growth, consulting excellence, and talent development. You lead teams that reduce idea-to-outcome cycle time while building trusted client relationships and developing future leaders. Success comes from creating measurable value for clients and translating that value into long-term growth.
What You'll Do at Pega:
Delivery & the One Number
- Drive idea-to-outcome cycle time down across your portfolio, engagement over engagement shortening the distance from a client idea to a realized result.
- Lead and coach a high-performing team of consulting managers and senior consultants.
- Hold the standard for Blueprint-led delivery as a design authority advising and assuring and setting the bar our partners deliver at scale.
- Design back from the outcome. A requirement met is not an outcome delivered challenge the ask when it will not get the client where they need to go.
Client Engagement & Trusted Advisor
- Earn trusted-advisor status by consistently delivering results, building executive confidence, and demonstrating deep understanding of client priorities.
- Establish executive-level trust and expand relationships across business and technology stakeholders to increase Pega's strategic influence.
- Prevent, dont just report. Surface risks early and bring clients into the conversation before risks become issues, with clear, shared ownership of mitigation.
- Partner with global Go-to-Market teams across APAC, EMEA, and Americas to ensure consistent delivery excellence.
Stewarding Value into Growth
- Grow strategic accounts through measurable client outcomes, executive relationships, and expansion into new business initiatives, buying centers, and use cases.
- Own portfolio health. Manage margin, utilization, forecasting, resource planning, delivery risk, and predictable delivery economics.
- Shape the next opportunity. Partner with account teams and partners to identify unmet client needs, expand value, and shape future opportunities.
People & Talent
- Develop capability, mentor future leaders, build succession depth, and foster a culture of continuous learning, respectful challenge, and improvement.

We measure outcomes achieved, value delivered, and problems solved never tasks completed. In this role, success shows up as:
- Client advocacy strong NPS, executive sponsorship, references, and repeat or expanded engagements across your portfolio.
- Value realized revenue accelerated, customer and user experience improved, cost and complexity removed, governance risk reduced.
- Consultant growth measurable capability progression, trusted-advisor relationships earned, and Blueprint adopted in every new engagement.
- Speed to outcome idea-to-outcome cycle time trending down, quarter over quarter.
- Healthy growth portfolio expansion and commercial health that follow from delivered value, never ahead of it
Who You Are:
- A strategic, empathetic leader with deep delivery and people-management experience.
- A trusted advisor who combines client advocacy, business acumen, and strategic thinking to create long-term value for clients and Pega.
- Fluent and credible on AI you treat it as leverage to improve client outcomes, and you can orchestrate it responsibly rather than just talk about it.
- A builder of high-performing teams who coaches first and leaves people more capable than they were found.
- A clear communicator across technical and business audiences, from delivery teams to client executives.
- A growth-minded learner who challenges assumptions, embraces feedback, and makes decisions based on evidence.
What You've Accomplished:
- 15+ years in enterprise consulting or delivery, including 5+ years in strategic people-leadership roles.
- A track record of measurable client outcomes not just projects shipped.
- Experience in client engagement, enablement strategy, mentoring, and succession planning.
- Exposure to global delivery models and consulting operations.
- Experience owning the commercial health of a delivery portfolio margin, utilization, and account growth earned through delivered value.
- Experience delivering Pega, and with Blueprint-led delivery, is a strong advantage.
Preferred Qualifications
- AI & orchestration: embedding AI, ML, or intelligent automation into consulting delivery or client solutions governed and accountable, not ungoverned sprawl.
- Diversity & inclusion: leading initiatives that measurably improved diversity, equity, and inclusion within consulting or delivery organizations.
- Innovation leadership: incubating and scaling new service offerings or delivery accelerators regionally or globally.
