Director, Managed Review Services

The Director, Managed Review Services Growth is a senior leadership role responsible for growing revenue, strengthening client relationships, representing Legal, Compliance Analytics (LCA) within the country, and improving operational performance across the Managed Review Services business. The role partners with Sales, Client Partners, Marketing, Solutions, and Delivery leadership to win new business, expand existing accounts, and improve profitability across the U.S. and UK markets.

• Lead growth initiatives for Managed Review Services across the U.S. and UK markets.
• Partner with Sales, Client Partners, Solutions, Marketing, and Delivery teams to identify and win new business.
• Drive revenue growth, account expansion, and strong senior-level client relationships.
• Lead or support client presentations, proposals, RFP/RFI responses, pricing, and contract negotiations.
• Represent LCA in country leadership, business reviews, planning forums, and cross-functional governance sessions.
• Lead Managed Review operations, ensuring quality, timely delivery, client satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
• Manage financial performance, including revenue, margin, utilization, budgets, forecasts, and profitability.
• Lead and develop Managed Review teams while driving scalable processes, automation, analytics, and continuous improvement.

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or JD preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in Managed Review, eDiscovery, legal operations, or related services.
• Proven experience in revenue growth, client management, and operational leadership.
• Strong knowledge of Managed Review, eDiscovery, compliance, and PL management.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
