Director HRO Service Excellence

We are looking for a highly experienced and skilled professional to lead our Human Resources Operations Service Excellence team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HRO, Shared Services, Hire to Retire, Service excellence, and Process improvement.

• Develop and implement strategies to enhance the overall quality of HR services.
• Lead cross-functional teams to achieve operational excellence and improve processes.
• Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to design and deliver training programs for employees.
• Analyze data and metrics to measure performance and make informed decisions.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and encourage employee feedback.

• Proven experience in HRO, Shared Services, Hire to Retire, Service excellence, and Process improvement.
• Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with stakeholders.
• Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
• Experience in implementing process improvements and driving results.
• Strong problem-solving skills to resolve issues and improve operations.
