As Director, HR People Partnering for DPS India, you will be a strategic advisor to business leaders, helping translate business priorities into people strategies that drive growth, performance, and organizational effectiveness. You will play a key role in shaping a high-performing and inclusive culture, strengthening leadership capability, and ensuring the organization is equipped with the talent needed to achieve its business objectives.

Working at the intersection of business and people, you will lead HR initiatives that support transformation, build future capabilities, and enhance the employee experience. Through strong partnerships with leaders, HR colleagues, and other stakeholders, you will help create an environment where both the business and its people can thrive.

What You'll Be Doing
You will partner closely with business leaders and the broader HR organization to deliver impactful people solutions that support business performance and long-term growth.

• Partner with DPS India leaders to strengthen organizational effectiveness, leadership capability, workforce planning, and business performance.
• Drive talent management, succession planning, and leadership development strategies that build future-ready capabilities and a strong leadership pipeline.
• Lead organizational development and change initiatives that support business transformation, employee engagement, and a high-performing culture.
• Provide strategic guidance on employee relations, performance management, rewards, and people decisions while ensuring fairness, consistency, and compliance.
• Lead and develop the DPS India HR team while fostering strong collaboration across HR Business Partners, Centers of Excellence, and AskHR to deliver a seamless employee experience.
  
  

You will also leverage workforce analytics and people insights to support informed decision-making, mitigate organizational risks, and ensure compliance with local employment legislation, Danfoss policies, and responsible business practices.

What We're Looking For
We're looking for a business-focused HR leader with the ability to influence senior stakeholders, develop strong teams, and drive meaningful organizational outcomes.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including significant HR Business Partner leadership experience within a global or multinational organization.
• Experience supporting manufacturing operations and a strong understanding of workforce and organizational dynamics in industrial environments.
• Strong knowledge of Indian employment legislation, labor relations, and HR compliance requirements.
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders, lead organizational change, and translate people strategies into measurable business outcomes.
