About the Role:

We are looking for a Director - HR Business Partner to lead the people agenda for the domestic business and functions.

The role will partner closely with the COO, Business Heads, Directors and Senior Directors, supporting a complex employee base of ~700 and multiple business verticals. This is a high - visibility role with exposure to senior leadership and Board - level stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

- Partner with senior business leaders to develop and execute people strategies aligned with business priorities

- Lead the talent agenda including talent reviews, succession planning, leadership development and performance management

- Drive organizational effectiveness, workforce planning and strategic people initiatives

- Partner on business expansion, organizational design and transformational projects

- Provide counsel on complex employee, performance and organizational matters

- Leverage HR analytics and workforce insights to support business decision - making

- Influence senior stakeholders and drive people initiatives from strategy through execution

- Represent HR in senior leadership and Board - level forums as required

Candidate Profile:

- 10 - 12 years of progressive HR experience with strong HRBP exposure

- MBA from a reputed Tier 1 / Tier 2 institute preferred

- Strong experience partnering with senior business leaders across multiple businesses / functions

- Expertise across talent management, succession planning, performance management and organizational effectiveness

- Experience in financial services, professional services, consulting, research, analytics or other knowledge - intensive businesses preferred

- Strong executive presence, stakeholder management and influencing skills

- Excellent critical thinking, analytical reasoning and numerical ability

- Strong business acumen with the ability to connect people strategy to business outcomes

- Experience driving transformation and managing complex stakeholder environments

Team Structure:

- One direct report handling operational HR activities, allowing the incumbent to focus on strategic HRBP, talent and organizational priorities
