Director - Financial Accounting and Advisory Services

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Lead a team of technical accountants to provide high-quality financial advisory services to clients.
• Develop and implement effective accounting strategies, policies, and procedures for clients.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop solutions that drive growth.
• Provide expert guidance on US GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) compliance.

Job Requirements :

• 12-22 years of experience in technical accounting or related field.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles).
• Proven track record in leading teams and developing successful client relationships.
• Exposure working on business combination, stock based compensation, revenue recognisation, lease accounting etc
