• Directs insights from financial data, financial analyses and reporting to influence decisions within the business and to drive cross-business initiatives

• Leads the improvement of reporting frameworks, tools and processes to ensure access to timely, accurate and actionable data within a medium-sized operating company

• Drives and validates information to support developing trends that will inform forecasts and management decision making

• Oversees the quality assurance functions of financial data and statistical information

• Leads on the development and enforcement of financial policies and procedures within a medium-sized operating company

• Monitors and manages cash flow to ensure sufficient liquidity for operations

• Impacts and contributes to the development of segment strategy (short term and long term) and exercises control over a sizeable portion of the segment's resources
