Director Engineering

Role & responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end client implementation for products and managed services from contract sign-off to go-live.
• Lead, mentor, and scale engineering teams; drive a culture of ownership and excellence
• Own architecture and solution design for complex, distributed systems
• Ensure systems are scalable, reliable, and cloud-native
• Provide technical leadership across .NET, Golang, Python, and PostgreSQL
• Drive cloud adoption, DevOps practices, and CI/CD implementation
• Embed security-first principles and ensure compliance with ISO, SOC 2, and GDPR
• Oversee end-to-end delivery with high quality and predictability
• Collaborate with Product and Business teams to align engineering with outcomes

Preferred candidate profile

• 1215 years in software engineering with 3–5+ years in leadership roles
• Strong experience in .NET, Golang, Python, and PostgreSQL
• Proven expertise in system design and distributed architectures
• Experience with cloud-based development and microservices architecture
• Strong understanding of security and compliance frameworks (ISO, SOC, GDPR)
• Demonstrated ability to build and scale engineering teams
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes.
