Role & responsibilities

• Operations Management: Oversee daily non-clinical departments like patient services, billing, records, housekeeping, and facility maintenance.
• Financial & Budgeting: Develop and manage operational budgets, track expenses, and find cost-effective alternatives for hospital supplies.
• Compliance & Regulations: Ensure the facility meets local healthcare laws, safety codes, and quality accreditation standards (such as NABH
• Staff Supervision: Hire, train, and evaluate administrative and support personnel while coordinating resource allocation with medical managers.
• Facility & Vendor Management: Oversee equipment contracts, building repairs, biomedical waste disposal, and external service vendors.
