Job Description Direct Taxation Executive

Location: Greams Road, Chennai

Work Mode: Work from Office

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and file Income Tax Returns (ITR) for the organization.
• Prepare and file TDS Returns and ensure timely compliance with Income Tax regulations.
• Handle Form 15CA filings for foreign remittances.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable Direct Tax laws and statutory requirements.
• Assist in Tax Audit and Transfer Pricing activities.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and auditors for tax-related matters.
• Maintain accurate tax records and support assessments, notices, and reconciliations.

Eligibility

• B.Com / M.Com with relevant experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Direct Taxation.

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience in:
• Income Tax Return (ITR) filing
• TDS Return filing
• Form 15CA filing for foreign remittances, 15 CB
• Direct Tax compliances
• Tax Audit
• Transfer Pricing
• Sound knowledge of Accounting principles.
• Proficiency in SAP, Tally, and other Accounting Software will be an added advantage.
• Good analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
