Direct Sales Manager

Qualification: Any Graduate

Experience: 4-6 Years (Candidates with SaaS industry experience will be preferred)

Job Description:

• We are looking for a Direct Sales Executive to support lead generation, engage with potential customers, and contribute to business growth.
• In this role, you will be responsible for identifying prospects, understanding their requirements, and assisting in converting opportunities into customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate leads through various channels
• Reach out to potential customers via calls, emails, and other channels
• Understand customer requirements and explain relevant products/services
• Schedule meetings and demos for the sales team
• Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and sales documents
• Maintain and update customer data in CRM systems
• Track sales activities and support reporting
• Participate in client meetings and follow-ups
• Conduct basic market research to identify new opportunities
• Work towards achieving individual and team sales targets

Requirements:

• 4-6 years of experience in sales, business development, or related roles
• Understanding of sales processes and customer engagement
• Familiarity with CRM tools is an added advantage
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong work ethics
