Job Description:

• Handle customer interactions and generate sales leads.
• Conduct field visits and manage assigned territory.
• Coordinate with customers, dealers, contractors and channel partners.
• Generate and follow up on leads to achieve sales targets.
• Maintain customer relationships and provide regular updates to the manager.
• Experience in paint industry.

Candidate Profile:

• Minimum 1 year of field sales / customer-facing / business development experience.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
• Graduate in any discipline.
