Role & responsibilities

Target Achievement

• Drive sales and achieve targets by building relationship with Existing Customers & exploring Cross Selling / Reference Selling opportunities.
• Ensure Renewal is collected to keep every policy live.

Sales Process Management

• Tracking & diligently working on assigned customer base with end-to-end lead management & servicing the customers.
• Generating References through every customer interaction

Preferred candidate profile

• 0-4 years In Insurance / Banking / Finance in Direct Sales.
• Direct Vertical experience mandatory
• Graduates / MBAs of formal education is desirable.
