Job Responsibilities

• Generate leads and acquire new customers through direct sales.
• Promote and sell suitable life insurance products based on customer requirements.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and business objectives.
• Follow up with prospects and ensure timely policy closure.
• Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 1.5+ years of experience in Direct Sales.
• Life Insurance industry experience preferred/required.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and convincing skills.
• Target-oriented with a strong sales mindset.
• Immediate joiners will be preferred.
