Direct Material Buyer - NVH Related Parts & Rubber seals & gaskets

Responsibilities:

• Source, negotiate, and purchase direct materials such as NVH related parts, rubber seals, and gaskets ensuring on-time delivery.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to guarantee quality and cost-effectiveness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product needs and specifications.
• Monitor market trends and supplier performance to identify improvement opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with procurement contracts and company policies.
• Participate in supplier evaluation and selection processes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience in procurement, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Familiarity with procurement contracts and supplier management.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficient in MS Office suite and ERP systems.
