Diploma Mechanical Engineer

Role & responsibilities

• Inspecting facilities daily to determine problems and necessary maintenance.
• Identifying and communicating maintenance development needs and opportunities.
• Identifying and solving shop floor problems on time.
• Verifying and reviewing work order status and update the status through monthly report.
• Coordinating with vendors and outsourced service providers for all work-related queries.
• Getting quotations for all service-related work.
• Completing the works within the given timeline.
• Supporting production team to do the production efficient by reducing equipment breakdown.
• Critical spare parts list to be maintained and followed by monthly basis.
• Analyzing the problems and submitting the report to avoid breakdown lead time.
• Effective communication to be given for all engineering related activities.
• Providing reports and activity updates to the next level without fail.
• Shift log book to be entry daily basis.
• Team work to be ensured.
• Recommend any upgrades, innovative things and other changes to the major equipment

Qualification : Dip - 2 - 5 Year

Descipline : Mechnical or Chemical

Working Pattern : 5 Days in a week

Designation : Technician / Operator
