Job Role Technical Production & supervise

Department:

Position: Technical Production & sale Support

The employee will be responsible for handling both Technical Sales activities and Technical/Product activities.

1. Technical Sales Responsibilities

.

* Understand customer product and application requirements.

* Handle customer enquiries, samples approval

* Regularly follow up with work orders.

* sale team with meetings, product discussions and trials.

* Maintain product and follow-up records.

* Work towards the company’s monthly targets.

* Develop new die and product

2. Technical & Production Responsibilities

* Understand customer drawings, samples, dimensions and applications.

* Coordinate new product/profile development with the production team.

* Support customers in product selection and fitting/application.

* Coordinate with Production and Quality teams regarding customer requirements.

* Follow up on sample development and trial results.

* Assist in resolving customer complaints related to dimensions, hardness, fitting, surface finish and product quality.

* Provide technical feedback from customers to the production team.

* Support improvement and development of existing products
