Your Profile

• Diploma in Mechanical / Automobile / Production / Mechatronics Engineering.
• Freshers with 01 year experience in manufacturing are eligible.
• Good understanding of basic engineering, manufacturing and quality concepts.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Willingness to learn, work on the shop floor, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Your Tasks

• Support Quality and Manufacturing Engineering activities in daily operations.
• Assist in quality inspection, process control, root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Support process improvement, productivity improvement and production engineering initiatives.
• Prepare and maintain technical documents, work instructions and quality records.
• Work with production and cross-functional teams to ensure quality, process efficiency and continuous improvement.
